Packed for the Ocean

A commercial kennel is heavy steel, and a long sea voyage does not forgive weak packaging. Every system ships in a heavy-duty plywood crate with a solid timber frame — built as part of the order:

• Heavy-duty plywood panels over a braced timber frame, so the crate keeps its shape under a full container load.

•PET strapping around the full crate, so the sides cannot spread when the load shifts.

•Skids underneath, so a forklift or crane can lift the whole crate in one movement.

•Handling labels, including "No stacking of heavy objects", so nothing gets stacked on top of your order.

Inside the Crate

Once the lid was off, the 304 stainless steel frames and green base panels were neatly arranged inside, with all hardware separately wrapped and secured. Heavy-duty internal strapping held the load together, and the panel surfaces stayed under peel-off protective film against scratches in transit.

Our kennels are built in 304 stainless steel for long-term rust resistance, which makes them a practical choice for dog boarding facilities and kennel businesses running daily cleaning routines. Units can be stacked to save floor space, and custom sizes are available on request.
